Day 1
Egyptian museum / pyramids
  • Start your journey with a pickup from your hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh and transfer to Cairo with a private Egyptologist guide.
  • Begin your exploration at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, where you’ll witness 5,000 years of history through 120,000 genuine artifacts, including the treasures of Yuya and Tuya and the golden mask of King Tutankhamun.
  • Enjoy a delicious lunch, then head to the Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the largest pyramid in the world. Explore the Pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, take a panoramic photo, and visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
  • After your visit, check into your Cairo hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2
Saqqara / citadel

  • After breakfast, head to Saqqara, where you’ll explore the oldest pyramid ever built, the Step Pyramid of Djoser, and see ancient daily life scenes carved into the tombs of the noblemen.
  • After lunch, continue to the Citadel of Saladin, an impressive medieval fortress. Visit the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, and enjoy breathtaking views of Cairo’s skyline.
  • Conclude your tour with a transfer back to Sharm El-Sheikh, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel.
