Day 1
Egyptian museum / Saqqara

Begin your journey with a hotel pickup in Safaga (pickup from hotels outside the city is available at an extra charge) and travel to Cairo with our expert, private Egyptologist. Your first stop is the renowned Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to 5,000 years of history, including 120,000 remarkable artifacts. Admire the treasures of Yuya and Thuya, the grandparents of King Tutankhamun, and view the legendary golden mask before it moves to the Grand Egyptian Museum.

After lunch, visit the world-famous Giza Plateau and stand before the Great Pyramid of Cheops the largest pyramid on Earth with the option to explore its interior. Capture a breathtaking panoramic view of the three pyramids, visit the Great Sphinx, and explore the Valley Temple. Check in at your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2

The next morning, after breakfast, head to Saqqara to witness the oldest pyramid ever built the Step Pyramid of Djoser along with the vivid daily life scenes carved into the tombs of noblemen. Following lunch, visit the historic Citadel of Saladin and marvel at the impressive Mohamed Ali Mosque, also known as the Alabaster Mosque. After a remarkable two-day adventure, return to Safaga with unforgettable memories of Egypt’s most iconic sites.
