Day 2
Abydos
Day 2: Abydos Exploration & Return to Luxor
- After breakfast, visit the Temple of Seti I, known for its vivid reliefs and the Abydos King List.
- Explore the Temple of Rameses II and the Osireion, an enigmatic underground structure.
- Return journey to Luxor with scenic views along the Nile.
- Return to Luxor and drop-off at your hotel.
- Pre-arrangement: Ensure to organize the tour with the travel agency beforehand to ensure availability of the tour guide and transportation
- Personal Preparation: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a camera for taking photos and videos
- Visit to Dendera Temple: Enjoy a visit to Dendera Temple, which holds many mysteries. Try to visit the crypt and ascend to the roof
- Visit to Abydos Temple: Explore the colorful Abydos Temple dedicated to the god of death, Osiris. Engage in cultural discussions about the use of helicopters and tanks in ancient times
