Cairo is the largest city in Africa and the capital of Egypt. The Egyptian Museum in Tahrir square, the jewel of Egyptian museums housing 120 thousand pieces of artifacts and treasures and the most important sightseeing are the pyramids of Giza which are one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. 

Luxor and Aswan are worldwide famous cities of heritage:

Luxor has been characterized as the “world’s greatest open air museum”, it has magnificent temples and vibrant residential areas as Karnak and Luxor temples.

Aswan is known as the” land of gold ”as it was like a huge necropolis for noblemen and their treasures for thousands of years, also it has many important sightseeing like komombo and Edfu temples.

Day 1
Arrival

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, meet, greet, and assist by our representative to stamp the passport and customs formalities, then Transfer by our coach to your hotel for check-in and overnight

Day 2
Pyramids/Egyptian Museum

Start your tour by pickup from your hotel in Cairo to the Great Pyramids of Giza with our private highly experienced and well-qualified tour guide. Explore the most worldwide archaeological site on earth. Cheops, the great pyramid with a chance to go inside, Chephren and Mycerinus, take a panoramic photo with the three pyramids. Go to the great sphinx and the valley temple beside is an unforgettable tour then Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

Go to visit the Egyptian museum in tahrir square which displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art and 120000 genuine artifacts including the collection of grandparents of the young pharaoh Tutankhamun, Yuya and Thuya, as well as some treasures from the young pharaoh himself before being moved to the grand Egyptian museum among them is the golden mark of king Tutankhamun.Transfer back to your hotel in cairo and overnight. 

 

Day 3
Day at leisure/ the sleeper train

A free day for optional activities then boards the sleeper train to Aswan

Day 4
Nile cruise /Philae Temple

Arrival at Aswan station, greeted by our representative and transfer to Nile cruise for check-in. transfer from Nile cruise to Visit the Philae Temple which is dedicated to the goddess Isis, High Dam which is affected the politics in the world during the middle of the 20th century then visit the unfinished Obelisk. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5
Kom Ombo

With an early transfer and go on an optional tour to the great temples of Abu Simbel visits of Temple of Abu Simbel.

After visits transfer back to Aswan to your Nile cruise. Sailing to Kom Ombo, known as the double temple, as it was venerated to the two deities, Horus and Sobek. The unique temple offers the surgical tools as well as the calendar of festivals and sailing downstream to overnight in Edfu.

Day 6
Edfu Temple

visit the temple of Edfu, the best well-preserved temple ever in Egypt of the falcon god Horus, constructed during the Greek era and decorated in roman times then back to the cruise to go to Luxor via Esna Lock and overnight in Luxor.

Day 7
Luxor East/West bank
 

In the morning, Visit the remarkable Valley of Kings. The tombs of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties, the famous Pharaohs, Rameses the great, Seti 1st, Tutankhamun, Thotmosis the 3rd, a guided tour to explore the afterlife of the ancient egyptian then go to the renowned temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir Bahari, a unique temple with own flair then a photo stop by the Colossi of Amenophis 3rd known as Memnon colossi.

Cross the river to the east bank then check out Nile cruise, go to visit Karnak precincts which cover 80 thousand square meters (about the area of Chicago's Millennium Park) and is constructed over two thousand years, pylons, ram-headed sphinxes, columns, colossi, chapels, shrines and obelisk. Transfer to Luxor Hotel, check in and overnight.

 

Day 8
Home flight.

Check-out after breakfast.

Free day at leisure (own arrangement) until transfer to Luxor Airport for final Departure.
